This is the fourth time I had to return a baked item to the store due to mold. Not sure if it's their storage facilities or whomever is delivering their bread items. So far I had to return 3 loves of wheat bread and a package of hot dog rolls. I'm done. I'll stick with Stop & Shop or Aldi's.

I love this Price Right in Waterbury! Best shopping experience in the area since Shop Rite closed, as long as you know what to expect. If you are looking to find the same selection of items you’d find in larger grocery stores, just know you this store will have most but not everything you are looking to get. However, you will find great deals on what’s offered here. The cost and selection of produce is great, chicken and pork prices are fantastic, and it’s my go-to for the basics: milk, eggs, and butter. I spend a dramatic amount less here than anywhere else. It’s also great for specialized Spanish ingredients and food items. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I’m a big fan of the self checkout experience.

I walked in excited store in clean and prices are not bad. Customer service sucks its only 930am .my first time the store is empty no one says goodmorning at the register I couldn't even get help the computer wouldn't take my number and I'm literally standing between two workers and it was as if I was talking to myself.

First thing I noticed upon walking in was the flags they have hanging up all over the ceiling, which would be fine and all, but they literally put up every flag except the United States flag. Last time I checked, we were in the USA. Our flag should be included at the very minimum. Aside from that, things seemed neat and in place and prices didn’t seem too bad, but as far as the way things are stocked, it was just strange and felt more like a flea market. Aside from produce, and cold case items, they just open boxes and leave the stuff in them for people to pull from instead of stacking them neatly on shelves. The checkout lanes were super small and the carts barely fit in them, and overall it didn’t feel like a grocery store. The cashier was super friendly which was refreshing for around Waterbury.
